Royal Mail's new "Send It Your Way" campaign is all about making it easier and more convenient to send parcels in the lead-up to Christmas. Created by AMV BBDO and directed by Finn McGough, the campaign shows off Royal Mail’s new services, with over 5,000 new drop-off points added this year, Royal Mail is making it simpler for busy people to send their parcels.
The ad, directed by McGough, brings these new services to life with a few heartwarming scenes. It starts with a grandmother using a parcel locker after buying postage online, followed by a child handing a package to a Collect+ shopkeeper, and a small business owner giving parcels to the postie at the doorstep using the Parcel Collect service. It wraps up by showing people relaxing, capturing the time saved with Royal Mail’s easy options.
The integrated campaign features 30, 15, and 6-second ads, running across TV, online, VOD, cinema, and outdoor billboards. It launched online and on radio on October 7, with TV and cinema ads following from November 4. The aim is to show how simple and affordable Royal Mail’s services are, just in time for the busy holiday season.
