Narrated by Olivia Colman, who starred in 2017's 'Mosquitoes' with Olivia Williams, the ad revolves around a rare example of Brutalist costume design: an ode to Denys Lasdun that goes wherever the National Theatre's influence is felt.Theatres, cinemas, schools, public transport… the character shows how far the brand travels beyond the South Bank. When it does come home, so to speak, it helps writers, actors, set designers, and behind-the-scenes staff in subtle ways. We like how it escorts the camera out of David Oyelowo's dressing room before a performance of 'Coriolanus'."
