Constança Rodrigues - Comedy

Constança is an award-winning freelance film director and writer with demonstrated experience in the advertising field. Having started her career in the fashion industry, she later transitioned to her most passionate and promising field: comedy.

Constança recently won an award for best Commercial of the Year at the Young British Arrows, where she created a lot of buzz with her eye-catching Burt’s Bees commercial portraying a funny make-up battle between two young women.

Initiating her academic studies by completing a Law degree in Lisbon, she later moved to London to pursue her dream of becoming a film director. She studied practical filmmaking at Met Film School, furthering her expertise with a post-graduation directing commercials course at the prestigious National Film and Television School, where she developed her skills as a commercial’s director.

Extremely organized, very hard worker and passionate about creative storytelling, Constança takes every project she works on very seriously and becomes a true team player, always very conscious of the importance of collaboration and team work on a film set.
