Jadey is an award-winning director, writer, with an expertise in comedy-action. She has a background as a stuntwoman in blockbusters like ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’, Steven Spielberg’s ‘Ready Player One’ and Edgar Wright’s ‘The World's End’ among others.
Specialising in infusing creativity into physical comedy, she brings a working-class, female perspective to her authentic and fresh narratives.
Through DreamMore Films, Jadey directed the award-winning, BAFTA-qualifying '10 Minutes For A Pound', the mischievous 'Sticky Fingers' (starring BAFTA nominee Amit Shah), and her latest award winning film, 'The Last Dumpling', funded by Emmy-nominated Christin Baker.
Currently, Jadey is writing and pitching several comedy TV shows and working on her debut feature, 'Bingo Bastards', with exec producer Neil Marshall (Dog Soldiers, Game of Thrones). She shadowed director Tristram Shapeero on the CBS/Big Talk sitcom 'Dinner with the Parents' and was part of the Directors UK Inspire scheme, mentored by Jennifer Sheridan, the director of 'Extraordinary' on Disney Plus.
Jadey has just wrapped up an action-packed quadrilogy of short ads for the BFI's Art of Action season, featuring titles like ‘Gone in 54 Seconds’, ‘Pop Fiction’, ‘Pirates of the Canteen’, and ‘Whose Line is it Anyway’.
Jadey is currently shadowing director Christopher McQuarrie on the latest ‘Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning’.
